Pre-Listed: 32-Hour Rigging Supervisor (In-Person)
This 32-hour course provides an overview of OSHA and DOB policies, procedures, and rigging standards. This class focuses on supervision and coordination of rigging crews along with equipment setup. Students will learn about crane setup, applying proper rigging hitches, equipment inspection, along with load weight and center of gravity calculations. In addition to a multiple choice written exam, there will also be a hands-on assessment. This will ensure each student is capable of inspecting hardware, applying rope knots and lifting techniques.
